Barbecue
Charcoal only (no firewood) on red-alert days for fire risk (Valencian regional government). We’re right on the edge of the forest, so please take extra care.
Pool
Open from 10:00 to 22:00. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Groups
We don’t accept stag or hen parties, or events and celebrations for under-30s.

Can I book just one of the two houses at Masía El Pinet?
No. Masía El Pinet is always booked as a whole, with both houses together, so that a single group has complete privacy across the estate.
What is the minimum stay at Masía El Pinet?
The minimum stay is 2 nights for most of the year. In August, it rises to 5 nights. At Easter, New Year and over bank holidays the minimum stay may vary, so we recommend checking availability directly with us on WhatsApp.
How many people can stay in total?
Masía El Pinet sleeps 15 people in total, across two independent houses whose outside entrances are very close to each other. When you book the whole estate, your group has both.
Is Masía El Pinet accessible for people with reduced mobility?
No, Masía El Pinet is not currently adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Are pets allowed at Masía El Pinet?
Yes. Pets are welcome at Masía El Pinet, up to 2 per booking, with a supplement of €15 per pet per night. We ask that you keep them under control, especially in the garden areas and inside the house.
How do I pay for my booking at Masía El Pinet?
To confirm your booking, you pay 35% of the total by bank transfer and the remaining 65% on the day you arrive. We send the bank details and information about your stay by WhatsApp once your dates are confirmed.
How much does it cost to book the whole of Masía El Pinet?
The weekend rate (Friday to Sunday, 2 nights) is €1,250 (€625 per night). Each additional weeknight (Sunday to Thursday) costs €525, except for bank holidays and festive periods, which are quoted separately.
What time are check-in and check-out at Masía El Pinet?
Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 17:00 on the day you leave. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior confirmation.

No. Masía El Pinet does not accept stag or hen parties, or events and celebrations for people under 30.
What is Masía El Pinet’s cancellation policy?
Masía El Pinet offers free cancellation with a 100% refund up to 30 days before check-in. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you still have 24 hours from the moment you book to cancel free of charge. After that, cancellations between 29 and 7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refundable.
